The referendum passed with the highest voter turnout in the Senate's history!

It has been put into action since  Summer of 2019.

"Should Madison College students pay a segregated fee to rent their textbooks through the Madison College Bookstore in a full-rental textbook program, which the Budget Office approximates will not exceed $7 per credit, and any future adjustments exceeding 3% would be subject to approval by the Student Senate?"
